Resistance Equipment & Free Weights
We also have fixed resistance equipment to help you strengthen, shape and tone. Our free weights gym offers you a range of free weights, suitable for serious body builders, with the mirrored area providing you with all you need to work out!

Sunbeds
Here at the Fitness Factory we have 2 stand up sun beds. Both of these are Fast Tan and are the ideal way for you to top up your tan. Check out our members page for more details.
Showers,Sauna & Changing Rooms
Both our changing rooms are equipped with a sauna and shower areas. Hair dryers are available in the ladies facilities and lockers are situated in both rooms.
