           Half Term Fitness Fun!

     

      Are you looking for something fun, exciting and different to do with the    

                                                  kids  this half term?

   Come and get fit, healthy and be entertained with Fitness Fun Sessions.

 Sessions 10am - 11am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday (15th, 17th & 19th Feb)

                £3 per person / £7 per family (1 adult, 2 kids) / extra kids £2

                        Suitable for all ages, no need to book, just turn up!!!

                                 Children aged 5+ welcome on their own.

                               All sessions here at The Fitness Factory.

                            4.30 - 5.15pm: Street Dance (Age 5 - 10 years)

                           5.20pm - 6.10pm: Street Dance (Age 10+ years)

                                                 Tuesday

                         4.35pm - 5.20pm: Children's Yoga (Age 5-10 years)

                                       5.30pm - 6pm: Hula Hoop (Age 5+)

                                              Wednesday

                               4.30 - 5.15pm: Fitness Cheerleading (Age 5+)

                                                Thursday

 1pm - 1.45pm: Parent & Toddler Yoga Sessions (Ages 2 - 5 years / £5 per parent & child)

               All sessions are priced at £3 each and must be booked in advance.

  

  All of our staff members who teach the children's fitness sessions are fully qualified,

                                 hold  emergency first aid and are CRB checked.
