Monday
1.00 - 1.45pm = Yummy Mummy BOOT CAMP - Drop a dress size in 6 weeks and lose your baby belly! Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers. Next 6 week course running Mon 22nd Feb - Mon 29th March / £20 for the 6 weeks payable in advance
6.15 - 7.15pm = Legs, Bums & Tums - Works exactly what it says!
6.45 - 7.15pm = Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.
7.15 - 8.00pm = Body Conditioning - Shape up, tone and improve your fitness. All in just 45 minutes.
Tuesday
5.30 - 6.00pm = Hula Hoop* - A 30 minute waist defining workout!
6.00 - 6.45pm = BOOT CAMP - Lose body fat - it's a guarantee! Be prepared to sweat though!
6.45 - 7.30pm = Freestyle Fitness Yoga - Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility
7.35pm = Running For Softies* - A 6 week running programme with the objective of reaching a 5k (3 mile) standard. Please Call Gemma on 07939137810
Wednesday
9.15 - 10.15am = 20/20/20 - 20 minutes of aerobic work, 20 minutes of body conditioning and 20 minutes yoga. A great way to start the day!
5.45 - 6.30pm = Power Strength* - A 45 minute workout using weights and bars to work every muscle group.
6.30 - 7.15pm = Cardio Kick - Punch your way to fitness whilst releasing stress and tension!
7.30 - 8.00pm = Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.
8.00 - 8.45pm= Fitness Pilates for Men - A dynamic and athletic class that will improve core strength, agility and flexibility. Ideal for sports players.
Thursday
10.45 - 11.45am = Lite N Easy - Specifically deisgned for the older adult and those new to exercise.
No floor work involved.
6.00 - 6.45pm = BOOT CAMP - Lose body fat - it's a guarantee! Be prepared to sweat though!
7.00pm = Running For Sofites Plus* - A running
programme covering distances of 3 to 5 miles aiming to improve mileage, speed and running technique. (Different price structure)
Friday
10 - 10.45am = Freestyle Fitness Yoga - Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility
6.00 - 6.45pm = Bounce & Burn* - A brilliant 45 minute class using fit balls. A great all over body workout.
Saturday
9.45 - 10.30am = Power Strength* - A 45 minute workout using weights and bars to work every muscle group.
10.30 - 11.15am = Studio Cycling* - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.
Sunday
9.30 - 10am = Concet Rower Class* - A 30 minute calorie burning workout on the rower.
10.15 - 11.00am = Fitness Pilates for Women - Lengthen, tighten and tone your muscles in just 45 minutes!
