After a good work out why not relax and have a drink with your friends in our Sports bar.
The sports bar is open from 6pm - 10pm Monday to Friday and Open from 12noon on weekends. We also show all major sporting games, so feel free to come up and check the score during your session or come up and watch the match after your workout.

Parents and guardians of children doing sessions (such as Cheerleading, Boxing etc) in the aerobics room are welcome to sit and wait in the bar until their child's session has finished.
