The Absolute Beginners Class will be a 30 minute session designed specifically for complete beginners or individuals wanting to rebuild a basic level of fitness.
The session will run Tuesdays at 7pm.
The Absolute Beginners Class will run as a block course to keep you motivated and ensure you dedicate at least 30 minutes a week to improving your health and fitness.
Our final course of 2021 is 6 weeks running from 9th November until 14th December.
