Class Timetable

USEFUL INFORMATION PLEASE READ

​

Before you can attend a class you need to fill out a health form which takes 5-10 minutes

and you will complete it at reception.

You will then be given a membership number and become a member (no extra fees).

You just choose your payment option and sign in on every visit.

​

You only need to book for classes marked with a *

To book call us on 01384444642 or book in person at reception.

Currently you only have to book for Monday & Wednesday Studio Cycling and Kids Gym Classes.

All other classes, you just turn up too. 

 

Classes with the code CF next to them are baby/child friendly.  

​

Children aged 5+ can attend Boogie Bounce with a participating adult.

Children aged 12+ can attend adult classes.

Monday - For our Christmas timetable, please check our home page. 

 

9.30am: Pump & Pilates (CF) - 30 minute workout combining weights & Pilates


10am: FitMom BootCamp (CF) - 40 minute boot camp workout suitable for post natal moms (6 weeks natural birth, 12 weeks c-section) Babies & children welcome. You don't have to be a mom to attend this class, its just very mom/baby/child friendly!


11am: Dance Fit - 45 minute dance workout. Lots of fun as we dance our way to fitness with easy to follow routines. 


4.45pm: Kids Dance & Fitness Stars* - A fun fitness and dance session for children aged 4+. Message Gemma on 07939137810 to book.  

 

5.30pm: Abs Blast - 30 minute workout focusing on your mid section! We will use lots of equipment in this 30 minute blast.

​

6pm Prime  - 30 minute workout using weights & low impact interval training designed for the menopausal women. 

​

6.30pm: Kids Gym* - A 1 hour supervised and structured session in the gym for children aged 8-15 years. 

​

6.30pm: Dance Fit 45 minute dance workout. Lots of fun as we dance our way to fitness with easy to follow routines


6.45pm: Studio Cycling* - 30 minute high energy workout on the spin bike. You'll leave sweaty but feeling fab. 


7.20pm: Fitness Yoga - 40 minute yoga workout. The focus is improving fitness through Yoga. We work on flexibility, agility, balance, co-ordination and strength.

Tuesday 

​

9.30am Studio Cycling (CF) - 30 minute high energy workout on the spin bike. You'll leave sweaty but feeling fab.

 

6pm Kettlebell - 30 minute strength & cardio workout using the kettlebell.

​

6.30pm High Energy - 30 minute high energy, cardiovascular and fat burning workout. It's intense so make sure you bring it! 

​

6.30pm: Kids Gym* - A 1 hour supervised and structured session in the gym for children aged 8-15 years. 

 

7.15pm Clubbercise - 45 minutes of dancing in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks to awesome tunes! So much fun and you'll get a full body workout too. No class 30th May

Wednesday 

​

9.30am Legs, Bums & Tums (CF) - 30 minute body conditioning workout focusing on your Legs, Bums & Tums.

​

10.15am Dance Fit - 45 minute dance workout. Lots of fun as we dance our way to fitness with easy to follow routines

​

4.35pm: Kids Fitness & Yoga Stars* - A fun fitness and yoga session for children aged 4+. Message Gemma on 07939137810 to book. 

​

5.30pm: Boogie Bounce - 40 minutes of fitness fun! A low impact but calorie burning workout on a mini trampoline with a safety T-Bar handle. This workout is choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades.

​

6.15pm Pump & Tone - 30 minute workout using hand weights and a weighted bar. You'll work every muscle group and this class is perfect to help build strength, burn fat, improve muscle tone and improve bone density. 

​

6.30pm: Kids Gym* - A 1 hour supervised and structured session in the gym for children aged 8-15 years.

6.50pm: Project Me Pilates - Invest in your body, both physically and mentally. Project Me is a 40 minute fitness Pilates class where we focus just on you! Improve your posture, release stress, allow the endorphins to flow, increase your range of movement along with your core strength and balance. Take time for you and look after the amazing body and mind that you own.

7pm: Studio Cycling* - 30 minute high energy workout on the spin bike. You'll leave sweaty but feeling fab. 

​

7.30pm: Gym Fit - 30 minute gym circuit using the gym equipment. Every week will be a different circuit, a great way to try something new and build up your confidence in the gym. 

​

Thursday 

​

9.30am: Studio Cycling (CF)30 minute high energy workout on the spin bike. You'll leave sweaty but feeling fab.

 

10am Body Blitz (CF) - A full body blitz in this 30 minute blast. This class alternates weekly. One week it's Body Blitz, the next week it's Stretch & Tone. 

​

11am: Active Seniors - This 1 hour session is a fun fitness class designed for the older adult. 30 minutes of low impact dance routines to songs from throughout the decades followed by resistance training, Pilates and balance & posture work. No floor work, the whole class is standing. You have the option of using a chair too if you wish. 

​

6.30pm: Country Fit - 40 minutes of fitness fun! A class combining Country dance, Scottish Dancing, Line Dancing and Aerobics. 

​

7.15pm: Clubbercise 45 minutes of dancing in the dark with disco lights and glow sticks to awesome tunes! So much fun and you'll get a full body workout too. 

 

Friday 

​

9.15am: Pump & Tone (CF)30 minute workout using hand weights and a weighted bar. You'll work every muscle group and this class is perfect to help build strength, burn fat, improve muscle tone and improve bone density. 

​

9.50am: FitMom BootCamp (CF) - 40 minute boot camp workout suitable for post natal moms (6 weeks natural birth, 12 weeks c-section) Babies & children welcome. You don't have to be a mom to attend this class, its just very mom/baby/child friendly!

10.30am: Decades Dance (CF) - 45 minutes of through the decades tunes and lots of fun. This class combines easy to follow dance moves and toning exercises, the perfect way to start the weekend. 

​

Saturday - 

​

9.40am: Pump & Tone 30 minute workout using hand weights and a weighted bar. You'll work every muscle group and this class is perfect to help build strength, burn fat, improve muscle tone and improve bone density. 

​

Sunday - No class 8th December as we are at Mary Steven's Hospice Santa Jog.​

9.30am Sunday Session(CF) - A 40 minute family friendly session! Every week this session will vary to keep the workouts fun, fresh and exciting. Children aged 5+ can join in with a participating adult. 

​
