Class Timetable

You need to book for the classes marked with a *. Please call us on 01384 444642 to book. 

We require a minimum of 2 hours notice to cancel a class otherwise a cancellation fee of £2 is payable.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first session and let reception know you're new. Before you start the class, please let the instructor know you're new and if you have any injuries or medical conditions. 

 

Monday - 

9.15am-9.45am = Fitness Pilates - A complete all over body workout in this express Pilates workout. A great class to strengthen your core, improve posture, balance & co-ordination. 

10am - 10.45am = Yummy Mummy BOOT CAMP - A boot camp style workout designed especially for moms aiming to burn fat, tone, strengthen and improve fitness. Babies and small children welcome, bouncers, playmats, playpen and lots of toys available. 

11am - 11.45am = Zumba Gold -Come and join the Zumba party! This class is lower impact but regular Zumba members can add the higher impact options if they wish.

4.45pm: Kids Fusion Dance - A combination of Street Dance, Cheerleading, Zumbatomic & Bhangra dances plus lots of fun games too. Suitable for ages 4 years+

5.55pm - 6.25pm = Hula Fit* -A 30 minute all over body workout using weighted hula hoops. Children aged 6 years+ welcome to this class.

6.30pm - 7.15pm = Zumba - Come and join the Zumba party! 

6.30pm - 7.30pm = Kids Gym* - Instructor led Kids Gym session for kids aged 8-15 years. 

6.45pm - 7.15pm = Studio Cycling*- A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike. 

7.15pm - 8pm = Core Fitness - A 45 minute functional fitness class focusing on looking after your body. Combining Fitness Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning exercises to help you strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility, posture and back strength. 

8.10pm - 8.50pm = Boogie Bounce* - A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music. 

Tuesday - 

9.30am - 10am = Studio Cycling Twenty Four - Twenty four exercises on the Spin Bike, a perfect all over body workout and perfect way to start your day! Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers.

5.45pm - 6.15pm =Kettlebell Fit - Shape, tone, sculpt, firm, strengthen and blast fat with this 30 minute workout using the kettlebells. 

6.15pm - 6.45pm =Get Ripped - Join Becky for this intense Boot Camp style workout - Can YOU handle it?  

6.30pm - 7.30pm = Kids Gym* - Instructor led Kids Gym session for kids aged 8-15 years. 

6.45pm - 7.30pm = Fitness Yoga - Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility,  balance, co-ordination as well as strengthening and toning the body. 

7.30pm - 8.15pm = Clubbercise* -Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Glow sticks can be borrowed for your first class but then must be purchased at £5 each. Spare glow sticks if you forget yours though! 

Wednesday - 

9.30am - 10.15am = Yummy Mummy BOOT CAMP - A boot camp style workout designed especially for moms aiming to burn fat, tone, strengthen and improve fitness. Babies and small children welcome, bouncers, playmats, playpen and lots of toys available. 

10.30am - 11.15am = Zumba -Come and join the Zumba party! Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers.

5.15pm - 5.55pm = Family Boogie Bounce* - A fun Boogie Bounce session suitable for all. Children aged 6 years+ welcome with their parents, grandparents or carers! Children £2.50 with a paying adult. 

6pm - 6.30pm = Pump & Tone* - A 30 minute workout using weights and bars to work every muscle group. 

6.30pm - 7.30pm = Kids Gym* - Instructor led Kids Gym session for kids aged 8-15 years. 

6.45pm - 7.30pm = Zumba Step & Tone* Join Gemma for this fabulous, fun and funky Zumba class. Using the step and Zumba toning sticks you will dance, sweat, shimmy, shake and defintley smile in this session! Starts Wednesday 2nd October. 

7pm - 7.30pm =Studio Cycling*- A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike.

7.30pm - 8pm: Kettlebell Fit - Shape, tone, sculpt, firm, strengthen and blast fat with this brilliant 30 minute workout using Kettlebells.

 

Thursday -

9.30am-10am - Studio Cycling - A motivating and energising 30 minute workout on the bike. Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers.

10am - 10.45am = Yogalates- A 45 minute class focusing on looking after your body. Combining Fitness Yoga and Pilates exercises to help you strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility, posture and back strength.  Babies in car seats welcome & playpen available for toddlers.

10.45am - 11.45am: Zumba Gold Toning - The Zumba program specifically designed for the older adult. Chair based class, no floor work involved. 

5.55pm - 6.30pm =Fitness Yoga - Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility,  balance, co-ordination as well as strengthening and toning the body. Children aged 7 years+ are welcome to this session and just £2.50 with a paying adult. 

6.40pm - 7.20pm = Boogie Bounce* - A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music.

Sunday - 

10am - 10.45am = Sunday Session - Keeping it fresh by offering a different themed session each Sunday. Come and try something new!

3rd November - Pumpkin Power /  10th November - Fitball / 17th November - Body Conditioning / 24th November - Fitball /

1st December - NO CLASS

11am - 11.45am = Family Boogie Bounce* A fun Boogie Bounce session suitable for all. Children aged 6 years+ welcome with their parents, grandparents or carers! Children £2.50 with a paying adult.
