You can bring babies and children to classes marked with a *
Please note babies/children MUST stay in your marked zone. You are responsible for them at all times. If they cannot stay in the zone please do not bring them.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED.

We require 6 hours cancellation notice for ALL classes.
If you fail to turn up or cancel within this time you will be charged £4.50.
Monday
9.30am Pump & Tone*
A 30 minute blast using a weighted bar and dumbbells to strengthen and tone.
10.15am HIIT*
A workout designed to burn fat, tone, strengthen and improve fitness.
11am Zumba Gold
Come and join the Zumba party! This class is lower impact but regular Zumba members can add the higher impact options if they wish.
4.45pm Kids Dance & Fitness Stars
A fun dance and fitness session for boys and girls aged 4 years+
5.45pm Hula Fit
A 30 minute all over body workout using weighted hula hoops. Children aged 6 years+ welcome to this class.
6.30pm Zumba
Come and join the Zumba party!
6.30pm Kids Gym
A 45 minute instructor led session in the gym for children aged 8-15 years
6.45pm Studio Cycling
A 30 minute high intensity workout on a spin bike
7.30pm Fitness Yoga
Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility, balance, co-ordination as well as strengthening and toning the body.
Tuesday
9.30am Studio Cycling
A 30 minute high intensity workout on a spin bike
5.45pm Kettlebell
Shape, tone, sculpt, firm, strengthen and blast fat with this 30 minute workout using the kettlebells
6.15pm - Get Ripped - At present you can only do Get Ripped if you do Kettlebell beforehand. A 30 minute high intensity HIIT workout
6.45pm Studio Cycling
A 30 minute high intensity workout on a spin bike
7.30pm Clubbercise
Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Glow sticks can be purchased at £5.50 each.
Wednesday
9.30am Activation Band*
A 30 minute blast using the activation band. Please bring your own
10.15am Zumba
Come and join the Zumba party!
4pm Kids Yoga & Fitness Stars
A fun yoga and fitness session for boys and girls aged 4 years+
5pm Family Boogie Bounce
A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music. Children aged 6 years+ welcome with an adult.
5.55pm Pump & Tone
A 30 minute blast using a weighted bar and dumbbells to strengthen and tone.
6.30pm Kids Gym
A 45 minute instructor led session in the gym for children aged 8-15 years
6.40pm Core Fitness
A 40 minute workout combining cardio, core work and yoga.
6.55pm Studio Cycling
A 30 minute high intensity workout on a spin bike
7.30pm Kettlebell

Thursday

A complete all over body workout in this express workout. A great class to strengthen, tone, work your core, improve posture, balance & co-ordination
11am Active Seniors
Specifically designed for the older adult. Chair based class, no floor work involved.

A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music.
