Class Timetable

Classes with a * need to be booked. Call us on 01384 444642 to book. We require 6 hours notice to cancel a class. If you do not give this notice you will be charged the £5 class fee. 

Classes with the code CF next to them are baby/child friendly.  

Children aged 5+ can attend Hula Fit & Boogie Bounce with a participating adult. Children aged 12+ can attend adult classes. Please visit our Children's Class page for our other children's sessions.

7pm Absolute Beginners Class* (4 week course)
