Class Timetable

ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED. Please read our COVID Changes page for full info on our classes.

We require 6 hours cancellation notice for ALL classes.

If you fail to turn up or cancel within this time you will be charged £4.50. 

 

Please note this timetable is correct from 1st August. 

Please bring your own mats, weights, activation bands if you can. 

 

Monday

9.15am Pump & Pilates*

A complete all over body workout in this express workout. A great class to strengthen, tone, work your core, improve posture, balance & co-ordination

10am HIIT*

A workout designed  to burn fat, tone, strengthen and improve fitness.

11am Zumba Gold 

Come and join the Zumba party! This class is lower impact but regular Zumba members can add the higher impact options if they wish.

5.45pm Hula Fit.

A 30 minute all over body workout using weighted hula hoops. Children aged 6 years+ welcome to this class.

6.30pm Zumba

Come and join the Zumba party! 

7.30pm Boogie Bounce 

A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music.

 

Tuesday 

5.45pm Kettlebell 

Shape, tone, sculpt, firm, strengthen and blast fat with this 30 minute workout using the kettlebells

6.15pm - Get Ripped - At present you can only do Get Ripped if you do Kettlebell beforehand.

A 30 minute high intensity HIIT workout

6.45pm Fitness Yoga 

Suitable for all levels, aiming to improve flexibility,  balance, co-ordination as well as strengthening and toning the body. 

7.30pm Clubbercise

Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Glow sticks can be borrowed for your first class but then must be purchased at £5 each. Spare glow sticks if you forget yours though! 

 

Wednesday 

9.30am Activation Band*

A 30 minute blast using the activation band. Please bring your own

10.15am Zumba 

Come and join the Zumba party! 

5.55pm Pump & Tone

A 30 minute blast using a weighted bar and dumbbells to strengthen and tone.  

6.45pm Boogie Bounce 

A fab, fun, funky and fat burning workout on a mini trampoline (with a safety bar), choreographed to chart topping inspiring music.

7.30pm Kettlebell 

Shape, tone, sculpt, firm, strengthen and blast fat with this 30 minute workout using the kettlebells

 

Thursday

10am Core Fitness 

A 40 minute functional fitness class focusing on looking after your body. Combining Fitness Yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning exercises to help you strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility, posture and back strength. 

11am Seated Seniors 

Specifically designed for the older adult. Chair based class, no floor work involved.
