In Person Class Timetable

Please note: All classes must currently be booked.

Call us on 01384 444642 to book. 

New members must pay for their first class in advance. 

We require 6 hours notice to cancel classes. If you do not give this notice you will be charged the £5 class fee. 

Classes with a * babies/children can come with their parent but they MUST have a space booked. 

Children aged 5+ can attend Hula Fit & Boogie Bounce with a participating adult. Children aged 12+ can attend adult classes. Please visit our Children's Class page for our other children's sessions.

9.30am Activation Band*

10.15am Zumba

5.45pm: Boogie Bounce

6.30pm: Core Fitness

7pm: Studio Cycling

7.30pm: Combat

Thursday 

9.30am: Studio Cycling*

10am Body Blitz

11am: Active Seniors

6.30pm: Boogie Bounce

7.30pm: Clubbercise

 

Friday 

9.15am: Pump & Tone*

10am: Boot Camp*

10.45am: DanceTone Tabata* this class is Zumba on 25th June instead.
